Our Story
After being involved in thousands of real estate transactions — personally and as the broker of record for our agents — we've seen it all. The one thing that determines whether a buyer or seller comes out ahead is almost always the same: who their agent was.
I've been in real estate for over 20 years. I own NextHome Integrity Group, a franchise brokerage in Texas. Over that time, I've been involved in thousands of transactions — personally as an agent on the listing and buyer side, and as the broker of record for every deal my agents have closed. When you sponsor agents as a broker, every transaction they touch is one you're responsible for. I've seen this business from every angle.
In all of that experience, the clearest pattern I've seen is this: the agent makes or breaks the transaction. A great agent negotiates harder, communicates better, catches problems before they become deal-killers, and guides their client through one of the most stressful financial decisions of their life with calm and competence.
A mediocre agent — or worse, the wrong agent — can cost a buyer tens of thousands of dollars, leave a seller with a home that sat too long, or let a transaction fall apart at the closing table.
I started GreatAgentsList because I believe consumers deserve a better way to find a great agent. Not an algorithm. Not whoever spent the most on ads. A personal recommendation from someone who knows the industry and has done the vetting.
Every agent in our network has been reviewed, agreed to our standards, and is someone I'd be comfortable referring to my own family. Our service is free for buyers and sellers — we're compensated by agents at closing, which means our only incentive is to make the best possible match.

"I've seen what happens when clients get matched with the wrong agent — and what happens when they get matched with the right one. The difference is enormous. That's why this platform exists."

What We Stand For
We've been involved in thousands of transactions — personally as an agent, and as the broker of record overseeing every deal our agents have closed. The single most important variable in how a transaction goes — more than price, more than timing — is the agent. A great agent protects you. A mediocre one costs you.
We only refer agents we'd trust with our own family's most important financial decision. Our network is built on character and proven performance — not just whoever pays the highest referral fee.
Anyone can collect five-star reviews. We look deeper — communication style, market knowledge, how they handle difficult transactions, and whether past clients would use them again.
Through NextHome and years of industry relationships, we know these agents personally. When we refer you, we're not running an algorithm — we're making a personal recommendation.
Transparency
GreatAgentsList is a referral network. When a consumer submits a request through our site, we personally review their needs and match them with an agent in our network who serves their area and specializes in their situation — whether they're a first-time buyer, a move-up seller, relocating for work, or anything in between.
Agents in our network pay a one-time $29 membership fee to join and create a profile. When a referral closes, a referral fee is paid by the agent to GreatAgentsList — a standard industry practice, fully disclosed in writing to all agents before any referral is made.
The service is completely free for buyers and sellers. We are compensated only when a transaction closes — which means our incentive is always to make the best possible match, not just the fastest one.
