Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GreatAgentsList.com, a website operated by Jon Baker Realty LLC, a Texas licensed real estate brokerage ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

GreatAgentsList.com is a real estate agent referral network. Our service connects buyers and sellers ("consumers") with licensed real estate agents ("agents") who have been personally reviewed and vetted by Jon Baker, Broker/Owner of Jon Baker Realty LLC.

We are a licensed Texas real estate brokerage operating a referral service. We do not represent buyers or sellers directly in real estate transactions. Our role is limited to making referrals to agents in our network.

Our service is free for consumers. Agents pay a one-time membership fee to join the network and agree to pay a referral fee upon closing of any transaction referred through GreatAgentsList.

By submitting a referral request on GreatAgentsList.com, you agree to the following:

You authorize us to share your name, contact information, and real estate needs with one or more agents in our network for the purpose of matching you with a qualified agent.

You understand that we are not a party to any real estate transaction and are not responsible for the actions, advice, or performance of any agent we refer to you.

You acknowledge that the agent we refer to you is an independent licensed real estate professional, not an employee or agent of Jon Baker Realty LLC in the context of your transaction.

You are under no obligation to work with any agent we refer to you. There is no fee charged to you for our referral service.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a referral request. Providing false information may result in removal from our system.

By joining the GreatAgentsList network and paying the membership fee, you agree to the following:

Eligibility: You must hold an active real estate license in good standing in the state(s) where you practice. You must maintain Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage. You represent that you are not subject to any pending disciplinary action by your state real estate commission.

Membership Fee: The one-time membership fee is non-refundable. Payment is processed through Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to be listed in our network and to receive referrals.

Referral Fee: You agree to pay Jon Baker Realty LLC a referral fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the gross commission earned on any transaction closed as a result of a referral made through GreatAgentsList. This fee is due at closing and must be paid by check or wire transfer as directed. Full terms are set forth in the Referral Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Profile Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information. You agree to promptly update your profile if your license status, contact information, or service areas change.

Client Service Standards: You agree to contact all referred clients within 24 hours of receiving a referral, provide professional and ethical service, and notify us of any closed transaction resulting from a referral.

Removal from Network: We reserve the right to remove any agent from the network at our sole discretion, including for failure to maintain an active license, failure to pay referral fees, or conduct that reflects poorly on the network. Membership fees are non-refundable upon removal.

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable membership fee. Jon Baker Realty LLC does not store full credit card numbers.

Membership fees are charged at the time of signup and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Referral fees are due from agents at the time of closing of a referred transaction. Failure to pay referral fees may result in removal from the network and may subject the agent to legal action to recover the fee.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing members.

All content on GreatAgentsList.com — including text, graphics, logos, and the overall design — is owned by Jon Baker Realty LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Agent profiles, once submitted, grant us a non-exclusive license to display your name, photo, bio, and professional information on our website for the purpose of operating the referral network.

GreatAgentsList.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee that any referral will result in a completed real estate transaction, or that any agent in our network will meet your individual expectations. We make no representations about the quality, competence, or suitability of any agent for your specific situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jon Baker Realty LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on any agent referral.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jon Baker Realty LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration taking place in Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

You agree not to use GreatAgentsList.com to:

Submit false or misleading information in a referral request or agent profile. Attempt to circumvent our referral fee arrangement by contacting agents outside our system after being matched through our service. Scrape, harvest, or collect information about agents or consumers from our site. Engage in any conduct that interferes with the operation of our website or degrades the experience of other users. Violate any applicable law or regulation, including real estate licensing laws.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our service for any violation of these prohibitions.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law — shall survive termination.
