Referral Agreement

REFERRAL AGREEMENT

This Referral Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Jon Baker Realty LLC, operating as GreatAgentsList.com ("Referring Broker"), and the undersigned licensed real estate agent or broker ("Receiving Agent").

1. REFERRAL FEE
Receiving Agent agrees to pay Referring Broker a referral fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the gross commission earned by Receiving Agent on any real estate transaction that is closed as a result of a referral made by Referring Broker through the GreatAgentsList network.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
The referral fee shall be paid to Referring Broker at the time of closing of the referred transaction. Payment shall be made by check or wire transfer as directed by Referring Broker.

3. REFERRAL NOTIFICATION
When a referral is sent, Receiving Agent will be notified of the referral details and reminded of this Agreement. Receiving Agent must acknowledge receipt of each referral.

4. NETWORK MEMBERSHIP
Receiving Agent has paid a one-time network membership fee of $29.00 USD to be listed in the GreatAgentsList network. This fee is non-refundable and covers profile listing and access to consumer referrals.

5. AGENT OBLIGATIONS
Receiving Agent agrees to:
  a) Maintain an active real estate license in good standing in the state(s) of service;
  b) Provide professional, ethical service to all referred clients;
  c) Promptly contact all referred clients within 24 hours of receiving a referral;
  d) Notify Referring Broker of any closed transaction resulting from a referral;
  e) Maintain the confidentiality of all client information.

6. TERM
This Agreement shall remain in effect for as long as Receiving Agent maintains an active profile in the GreatAgentsList network.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.

By completing the signup process and paying the network membership fee, Receiving Agent acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Referral Agreement.
