Jon and his team really know the real estate market well! He was spot on for everything from the asking price, time it would take to sell, and what to expect during the process. John did a fantastic job for us. He spent a LOT of time with us on a process that ended up taking a long time to complete; but the time was because of our schedule and move to Texas from out of state. He wanted to make sure we found the home that met our desires, and not what was easy or made a sale for him. He was responsive to all our requests and questions on a timely basis. While we're sure he had MANY other things to attend to, he always made us feel like we were his only client. A true servant: someone you would want on your team.
