GreatAgentsList is not a pay-to-play directory. Every agent is personally reviewed. Here's what we evaluate:
Your real estate license must be active and in good standing in your state. We verify this during the review process.
Required for Featured and Premier tiers. You'll confirm coverage during signup. A certificate may be requested.
We look for demonstrated transaction history and professional conduct. New agents may be approved at the Listed tier.
Strong client communication, responsiveness, and ethical conduct. We may check public reviews and references.
Every agent is personally reviewed by Jon Baker — a licensed real estate broker. This is not automated.
You must serve the market(s) you list. We verify that your license covers the states where you're listed.
Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Premier applications may take up to 5 business days as they include a personal review.
If your application is not approved, you'll receive a full refund. We'll also let you know why so you can reapply when eligible.
Yes — you can upgrade from Listed to Featured or Premier at any time. You'll pay the difference for the remainder of your annual term.

Featured and Premier agents can appear in search results for up to 3 different zip codes or cities. This lets you cover your primary market plus nearby areas you actively serve.

No. GreatAgentsList is a directory — consumers find you and contact you directly. There are no referral fees or commissions taken on transactions. Your listing fee is the only cost.
